I'm sure everyone has this problem, your learning something new and you are reading and then tranced out while your reading about something and forget what you are reading about. Or you click on a link to read more about part of the story and while reading the more about page there are more read more links and soon you are 10 pages away from what you started with in the first place.
Relax calm down and step back to observe the situation, may even step back a few times until you can see the whole picture. Then analyze the situation and continue where you started.
